Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Trial

There is a 7-day free trial. The trial starts the moment setup is completed and the service is activated (go-live). If cancelled within the trial, no fee is paid.

2. Cancellation

The business can cancel its subscription from the panel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

3. Withdrawal / Cancellation

The risk-free trial window = 7-day free trial (§1). The selected package starts after the trial.

• Monthly: can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the period (§2).
• Annual: The annual package is a term commitment; on cancellation after the trial, a refund is issued for the unused months. The used months are calculated at the monthly fee, and the remaining amount is refunded after the setup fee is deducted.
• The setup fee is not refunded.

4. Annual Commitment

The annual package is a full commitment for the selected term. A 7-day free trial is offered for risk-free evaluation (§1). On cancellation after the trial, a refund is issued for the unused months.

5. Setup Fee

The setup fee is not refunded once setup is complete.

6. Refund Process

An approved refund is issued within 10 business days through the PSP (PayTR/iyzico) as a refund to the account used for payment. The exact timing depends on the financial institution. There is no cancellation fee. Requests: destek@vestoralabs.com.

7. Digital Service Exception

If the service has started to be actively used (WhatsApp connected + a message processed) and the user started it with explicit prior consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited. The user accepts this by activating the service.
