Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Applies to the use of V-Randevu and V-Order
1. Prohibited Activities
Spam / phishing / harassment · unlawful use · reverse engineering · unauthorised resale · circumventing rate limits or security controls · use contrary to WhatsApp/Meta policies (the ban risk lies with the business) · infringing third-party rights · damaging the system / abuse.
2. Permitted Communication
The Business may send only permitted and purpose-appropriate messages to its end customers. Obtaining İYS approval for marketing/campaigns is the Business's responsibility (an appointment confirmation or reminder = a transactional message, not marketing).
3. Automation / AI Transparency
V-Randevu may produce automated/algorithmic replies; the Business honestly conveys this automation to the end customer (transparency obligation).
4. Enforcement (Graduated)
In the event of a breach: warning → suspension → termination. In serious or repeated breaches, termination is applied directly.
