KVKK Disclosure Notice

1. Data Controller

As Vestora Labs Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, we process your personal data within the scope explained below, pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact data: name-surname, e-mail, phone.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, cookie data.
• V-Randevu and V-Order data: phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message content and metadata; appointment/order data; business information, working hours, service/menu catalogue and staff information.
• Payment data: subscription and deposit payments are collected through iyzico/PayTR; your card details are not stored by Vestora Labs.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• To provide the service, run the appointment/order flow, send reminders and notifications.
• To respond to your request and, if you have given permission, to promote our services.
• To keep the site and services secure and functional.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve the services.
• To fulfil invoicing, accounting and legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

• Providing the service, running the appointment/order flow, sending reminders and notifications: **used in order to perform the contract
• Collected for the purposes of security, fraud/abuse prevention and service improvement.
• Marketing and campaign messages: sent only with explicit consent / İYS approval.
• Invoicing and accounting processes: required because of legal obligations.

Appointment confirmation and reminder messages are not marketing messages.

5. Method of Collection

Your data is collected through site visits and the contact form, e-mail/phone enquiries, WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) messages, business panel logins and the flow started by the QR code, by automated and non-automated means.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

To the extent necessary for the provision of the service, your data may be shared with the following service providers and, only where legally required, with competent authorities:

• Meta Platforms / WhatsApp: messaging channel.
• iyzico / PayTR: payment processing.
• Infrastructure and hosting providers: secure and uninterrupted provision of the service.

Your data is not sold to third parties for advertising purposes. One business's customer data is not shared with another business.

Transfer abroad: Data is hosted securely in the Frankfurt / Germany region.

7. Retention Period

Data is kept for as long as the processing purpose continues and throughout the statutory retention periods; it is then deleted or anonymised. Financial records are retained as required by the relevant legislation. When a subscription ends, the related data enters the deletion process.

8. Data Deletion Instructions

If you want your data deleted:

1. Send an e-mail to kvkk@vestoralabs.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Provide information sufficient for us to verify your identity (registered phone/e-mail).
3. Your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest; your data is deleted or anonymised and confirmed to you.
4. If you are a V-Randevu/V-Order customer (of the business you booked or ordered from), your request is forwarded to that business; Vestora Labs performs the technical deletion on the business's behalf.

9. Rights of the Data Subject

Under article 11 of the KVKK, in relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• learn whether it is being processed,
• request information about it if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• request its erasure or destruction,
• request that correction/erasure operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• object to a result reached against you through analysis by automated systems,
• request compensation for damages you incur due to unlawful processing.
