1. Parties, Scope and Definitions

These terms govern the conditions of use between Vestora Labs Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Vestora Labs") and the person/business ("User/Business") using vestoralabs.com and Vestora Labs products (V-Randevu, V-Order and other products).

  • General provisions (§6 acceptable use, §7 intellectual property, §8 liability, §10 governing law) apply to all services.
  • §4-§5 (fees/packages/cancellation/refunds) are specifically for the V-Randevu/V-Order subscription services; the commercial terms of other products are stated separately within the relevant product.
  • "Service" = the relevant Vestora Labs product and its interface that you use (e.g. the V-Randevu WhatsApp appointment platform + business panel).

2. Service Description

V-Randevu is a software service (SaaS) that enables businesses to manage their appointments over WhatsApp: taking appointments from WhatsApp, automatic reminders, the business panel, the waiting list and the optional deposit protection services are provided "as is"; they are continuously developed.

3. Account and the Business's Responsibilities

  • The Business is responsible for its account and password security.
  • The Business accepts that, when processing data belonging to its customers, it fulfils KVKK/disclosure obligations in the capacity of data controller (see Privacy Policy §1).
  • The Business carries out only permitted and purpose-appropriate communication over WhatsApp; obtaining İYS approval for marketing/campaign messages is the Business's responsibility (an appointment confirmation or reminder message is not marketing).
  • The accuracy of the information provided (service, price, working hours) belongs to the Business.

4. Pricing, Packages and Payment

  • The Service is offered with monthly or annual subscription packages (current packages and prices are announced on the pricing page of the site).
  • Payments are collected through the iyzico / PayTR secure payment infrastructure.
  • Setup fee: charged once on the monthly package, free on the annual package.
  • Deposit Protection is an optional paid add-on.
  • Taxes are applied in accordance with the relevant legislation.

5. Trial, Cancellation, Refund and Renewal

  • Free trial: 7 days; a credit card is required. If cancelled within the trial, no fee is charged.
  • Renewal: renews automatically at the end of the monthly/annual period; the Business can cancel from the panel.
  • Cancellation: the Business can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Risk-free window: only the 7-day free trial (cancelling within the trial = no charge).
  • Refund: The annual package is a term commitment; on cancellation after the trial, a refund is issued for the unused months. The used months are calculated at the monthly fee, and the remaining amount is refunded after the setup fee is deducted.
  • The setup fee is not refunded once setup is complete.

6. Acceptable Use

The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, for spam/unsolicited bulk messaging, in a manner contrary to WhatsApp/Meta policies, or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties. A breach is grounds for suspension/termination of the account. Details: Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

7. Intellectual Property

The V-Randevu software, trademarks and content belong to Vestora Labs. The Business is granted only a licence to use the service. The Business's data belongs to the Business (Privacy Policy).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service depends on third-party infrastructures such as WhatsApp/Meta and the payment institution. Vestora Labs cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from those parties' outages or policy changes. Liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant period.

9. Termination

The parties may terminate the agreement in accordance with the relevant terms. In the event of termination, the data deletion process operates pursuant to Privacy Policy §8 (Data Deletion).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the Antalya courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
